As of May 11, 2020, Smith-Root is strategically implementing a phased approach to reopen business operations in order to supply services and equipment to our colleagues and business partners.

In consideration of the important work you do in the field and the important work we do to supply you with equipment and services, Smith-Root was designated an "essential business". We take this status and process seriously and have a plan in place to open strategically in multiple phases.

During our first phase, production, assembly, repairs, shipping, and receiving are working a staggered schedule that purposely limits the number of employees in the building at one time. Please rest assured that a full safety guidebook, our pandemic response team, and PPE are actively in place to ensure safety precautions are clearly outlined, adhered to, and closely monitored for our employee’s and your safety.

Existing equipment orders and repairs are being prioritized. Prior to releasing a shipment, Shipping and Receiving will coordinate with you to verify delivery availability. Please note, no pickup or drop-off of equipment orders and/or repair equipment will be allowed at this time.

Until we enter another phase of our strategic opening, our office doors will remain closed; however, all sales and administrative departments are working remotely to take calls, respond to emails, and continue our efforts with business transactions. Please reach out to us in any of the following ways.
