Smith-Root has a long history of producing long-lasting quality field equipment that stands up to rigorous environments and the test of time. Despite their ruggedness and dependability, many of Smith-Root's legacy products, especially those that have been out of production for 5 years or more, have limited available parts remaining to perform repairs.

In consideration of the hard work you do and the support you have provided Smith-Root, we want to provide everyone a reduced price on repairs and service of your equipment, including legacy equipment where the service life is coming to a close at the end of this year.

Smith-Root is offering a 10% discount on all parts and labor on serviceable Smith-Root equipment received by December 23, 2025.

Please see Smith-Root's list of equipment with limited or no repair service prior to sending equipment. Additionally, please see Smith-Root's equipment repair authorization form when you are prepared to package up your equipment.

Details: Serviceable Smith-Root equipment received by December 23, 2025 are eligible for the current 10% discount offer on parts and labor. Rush repairs are not available with the current discount offer. The time needed to repair and return the equipment is variable based upon factors including date received, volume of repairs, level of service needed, type of equipment, and availability of parts.
