Equipment with limited or no repair service

Smith-Root will service previously manufactured products, including any hardware or software, for up to five (5) years from the date of last sale, at Smith-Root's sole discretion and subject to factors including but not limited to the following: a) on-hand availability of repair parts; and b) on-hand availability of repair tools and equipment.

Limited repair service is available for the following products

No repair service is available on the following equipment

This list is not inclusive of all products previously manufactured by Smith-Root. Smith-Root will not service products unless they are designated as either: a) “Products with full service”; or b) “Products with limited service”, on Smith-Root’s Equipment Repair Authorization form.
