Problem report

I have been in contact regarding Mike Armstrong about the issues with these shockers. Each is not turning off when the red switch on top is pushed.

Repair instructions

RUSH REPAIR. Equipment will be repaired and shipped within 2 business days of receiving equipment and payment information. Additional $50 charge.

Repairs are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment from Smith-Root. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and shall be null and void if the equipment is modified, improperly installed or used, damaged by accident or neglect, or in the event any parts are improperly installed or replaced by the user. If, after examining your equipment, our technicians and engineers determine that due to age or damage we cannot warranty any repairs you will be notified before any work is performed.
